What is the postage cost?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post (tracking number included). Regular Post Flat Rate is $6.95 and Express Post Flat Rate is $9.95.
 
FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders over $150.

Please note once we have lodged your parcel with Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or extended turnaround times they may experience, or for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  
When will I receive my order?
We are located in Rivervale, Western Australia 6103. Postage times may vary depending on your location and the service you choose.
Regular Post: 7-10 business days.
Express Post: 2-5 business days.

I endeavour to post all ready to ship items the next business day, however please allow up to three business days during sales/peak periods. All normal postage times apply once your parcel is lodged.
 
Tutus are currently made to order with a maximum turnaround time of six weeks, excluding shipping transit time. If you require a tutu by a specific date, please contact me before ordering.

What about refunds and exchanges?
Please choose products and sizes carefully as we only offer refunds if the item is faulty. Please contact me within seven days of receiving your order at meeandmae@outlook.com. Items must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging.
 
The turnaround time for processing an exchange will depend on whether we have that item and size in stock. For exchanges, we will charge postage on the new item, which will be posted to you upon receipt of the returned product in its unworn, original condition.
 
Please note for all custom tutu orders, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. All Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
